The tree is a species which will outgrow where it is planted, and if it will restrict the use of this area. — The benefit or view of the tree is so limited by where it is that the inconveniences outweigh the benefits of keeping it. — Essential development work such as road improvements, is required so the tree has to be removed. — When we have removed a tree, we will remove the stump if required.
